Preamble<\/strong><\/p>\n

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) apply to the booking of rooms or the privatisation of all or some of the rooms at Villa Caormina located at 1782 Route du Th\u00e9ron 46220 PRAYSSAC. These terms and conditions are those in force on the date of confirmation of the reservation online or by telephone. They are deemed to have been read and accepted by the customer. Villa Caormina is reserved for adults and, if privatised, accepts minors of at least 15 years of age. Couples with infants are accepted provided they inform the owners at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

Les propri\u00e9taires s’engagent \u00e0 assurer personnellement l\u2019accueil des h\u00f4tes (Art. D 324-13 du Code du tourisme), \u00e0 leur garantir un s\u00e9jour agr\u00e9able dans les meilleures conditions possibles et \u00e0 leur faciliter la connaissance de la r\u00e9gion et de son patrimoine.<\/p>\n

The Owner undertakes not to divulge to any third party any information of any kind whatsoever, on any medium whatsoever, that the Tenant may provide to the Owner in the performance of this contract. However, these provisions do not apply to requests for information made by the authorities and\/or the courts.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Article 1 - Length of stay<\/strong><\/p>\n

The tenant who has reached the age of majority and signs this contract, concluded for a fixed period, may under no circumstances claim any right to remain in the property at the end of the stay.<\/p>\n

Any extension of the stay at the customer's request can only be considered with the exclusive agreement of the owners and the signing of a new contract, subject to the availability of the accommodation.<\/p>\n

Article 2 - Booking and prices<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our prices are per night or per week, depending on the type of booking: bed and breakfast or private use of the entire Villa Caormina.<\/p>\n

No retraction<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pour les r\u00e9servations effectu\u00e9es par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou en ligne sur le site internet, le locataire ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie pas du d\u00e9lai de r\u00e9tractation. L’article L.121-20-4 du code de la consommation pr\u00e9voit que les dispositions de l’article L. 121-20 de ce code, relatives au droit de r\u00e9tractation, ne sont pas applicables \u00e0 la prestation de services d’h\u00e9bergement qui doit \u00eatre fournie \u00e0 une date ou selon une p\u00e9riodicit\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Booking your stay<\/strong><\/p>\n

The reservation becomes effective once the customer has sent the owner a deposit of 50 % of the total price of the stay by bank transfer and a copy of the signed contract. The second copy of the contract must be kept by the customer. Prices include all charges but exclude tourist tax.<\/p>\n

For stays booked less than 30 days before the date of arrival, 100% of the booking fee will be charged.<\/p>\n
