Under its hundred-year-old walnut trees, theNoix du P\u00e9rigord PDO <\/u><\/span>delivers its golden kernels and fragrant oil, while a little further south, the Quercy melons<\/u><\/a>, Hand-picked, they fill the summer tables with sunshine.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

On the Causses du Quercy<\/strong>, goats graze on fine, fragrant grass: their milk gives birth to the Rocamadour<\/u><\/a>, a small, creamy, nutty cheese puff. Alongside them, the fattened duck<\/u><\/a>, the pride of the South West, and thefarmhouse lamb from Quercy<\/u><\/a>, Label Rouge, tell the story of a respectful farming tradition. Even more tender, the veal reared under the mother <\/strong>with its melt-in-the-mouth flesh and delicate flavour.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La P\u00e9rigord strawberry<\/u><\/a>, with its bright, sweet flavour, heralds the return of fine weather. Quercy black truffle,<\/u><\/span> precious and secret, charms winters with a discreet luxury.<\/p>\n

Here, nature is still fragrant with the Quercy lavender<\/u><\/a>, distilled for its exceptional oil, and adorned with saffron, that red gold picked flower by flower, testimony to a rediscovered savoir-faire. In spring, the white asparagus<\/strong> are popping up in the Dordogne valley, offering their delicate sweetness at market tables and inns.<\/p>\n
