The great classics to (re)discover

Saint-Cirq-Lapopie

Clinging to the side of a cliff, this medieval village is one of the most beautiful in France.

an exceptional view over the Lot valley. Narrow cobbled streets, art galleries, little

cafés... a postcard setting that's sure to win you over.

Cahors and its Valentré bridge

A city of art and history, Cahors is full of charm, with its ancient streets, colourful market, vineyards as a backdrop and, of course, its famous medieval bridge, a UNESCO World Heritage site. A city break full of character.

The Padirac chasm

A spectacular descent 100 metres underground, followed by a boat trip on an underground river. A unique experience, combining science and mystery, to delight young and old alike.

Rocamadour

A vertiginous hilltop village, a famous place of pilgrimage, suspended on a cliffside. People come here for its incredible architecture, its sanctuary, its panoramic views... and its unique atmosphere at sunset.

Le Moulin de Cougnaguet

An old 13th-century fortified mill on the banks of a crystal-clear river. The place is peaceful, almost timeless. A charming and surprising visit in a magnificent natural setting. To be combined with a visit to Rocamadour.

Bonaguil Castle

Impressive, spectacular, a touch mysterious. Very popular with the people of the Lot, despite being located just across the border from the Lot. From the top of its rocky spur, the castle dominates the valley and the medieval village. A real plunge into the past.

The village of Arques & the Zadkine museum

A charming little village, with a gentle, artistic atmosphere. The sculptor Ossip Zadkine lived here, and his works can be seen in the church, the museum and the streets... A real poetic interlude.

The house of Roger Bissière & Louttre B.

A discreet and touching place, at the crossroads of art and history. This house was home to painters Roger Bissière and his son Louttre B. A wonderful discovery for the curious and lovers of contemporary art. The walk through the park is magical.
